An old building with people and a classic car.
The Asiatic Library, officially known as the Asiatic Society of Mumbai, is a neoclassical heritage structure located in the Fort area of South Mumbai. Built in 1833, the building features iconic white Doric columns and a symmetrical façade, exemplifying Greek Revival architecture from the British colonial period. The library houses over 100,000 books, including rare manuscripts and maps. Situated atop a wide flight of steps, the site remains a prominent cultural and historical landmark, frequently used for public gatherings, photography, and academic research in Mumbai.
